The practice was formed in 1981, based in Darlington. We have been involved in many projects in the North East, but also in the Midlands and North West.
We have a wide range of experience of new build and restorations alterations and extension projects including work in conservation areas, and work to listed buildings. Building types include: individual dwellings, housing developments, specialist housing, barn conversions, mobility projects, educational buildings, medical buildings, commercial developments, offices and light industrial projects, vehicle dealerships, racehorse training establishments, village halls, community buildings and ecclesiastical buildings.

We are a small practice, two partners with secretarial support, and are therefore able to provide a "personal touch" to our clients, ensuring their needs are met from inception through all stages to final completion of projects.
